The Artist’s Boudoir

A Live Practice and Resource Space of Divine Intimacy for Creative Liberation

The artist’s boudoir (part of the Mukta Reveal Universe) is an evergreen online resource and live practice space dedicated to devotion, Eros, and the ancestral birthright of aesthetic delight.

A multi-tiered monthly or annual membership, the Artist’s Boudoir gives you access to live events, tutorials, research materials, an online community, digital library, and a peek behind the curtain of Larissa’s creative process.

The Artist’s Boudoir is designed for those who see themselves in these phases of learning:

  • Are you The Hoverer? You know it’s possible to be more playful, creative, and connected but you keep avoiding actually going through the door and seeing what’s on the other side

  • Are you The Seeker? You’ve explored different modalities and communities but you feel like there is something missing, so you keep looking

  • Are you The Deep Diver? You’ve been uncovering your relationship to play, creative expression and/or spiritual practice and you’ve come across limitations and BIG FEELS: terror, rage, grief, confusion, imposter syndrome, etc.

  • Are you The Free Spirit? You are a bold creative or space holder who knows your expression could be even freer and more effective.  You are looking for a space of resonance; encouragement to explore what is fierce, devotional, playful, taboo, weird, decolonial, erotic.

If you resonate with one or more of these phases, this space is for you.

In the artist’s boudoir we focus on these principles/elements:

  • Capacity Refining
Refine our capacity to commune with Spirit and Nature in a grounded, sane way that creates mutual benefit

  • Spontaneous Play and Sustainable Risk-Taking
Take sustainable risks by developing spontaneous play skills that nourish our baseline nervous system state as opposed to overwhelming it

  • Ancestral Technology
Utilize the ancestral technology of art-making to release ourselves from paradigms of supremacy culture

  • Embodied Research
Get to engage in embodied research at the intersection of Spirituality, culture shift, and creative expression

Our creative practice in the artist’s boudoir looks like:

+ Monthly live meditations with a focus on the energetics of relating and building our ability to perceive subtle realms

+ Contemplative movement sessions to explore our personal rhythms and spontaneous expression

+ An arts focus every few months with suggested practices and research materials

+ A peek behind the curtain of Larissa’s creative process, including tutorials, updates on works in progress, and more

+ Community salons online where members can share works in progress and engage in open play together

+ A growing resource library of recordings and media

+ A dedicated “Commune” space where members can post and be in conversation

+ Invitation to play along the learning edges of culture and what the wisdom of Nature is transmitting to us

A word from the creator

Divine Intimacy is a process of bringing greater dimension to a world that has been flattened by supremacy cultures. Of bringing a network of abundance where there has been deficit. All of us come from people who experience(d) an incredible abundance of relationship; with other humans, nature and cosmos, and with the infinitely diverse expressions of Spirit. It is only very recently in the scope of human history that this is not the normalized context.

Living in a reality where there is so much unchecked harm, where people have forgotten how to play, how to connect, how to make art together, is maddening. I have been facilitating for 20 years and guiding ritual for over 10, and I have witnessed a lot of attempts to break free of these patterns. What has been the most effective is Divine Intimacy, or the direct experience of unconditional love through communion with Nature and Spirit.

When people cultivate Divine Intimacy, they start to move around the world with an extra buffer. Like having an additional layer of skin with a whole new set of sensory organs. Things that previously would have caused distress or a trauma response are shaken off more easily. They become more honest and can advocate for their needs. They stop putting so much pressure on other people to fulfill those needs! Their relationship to control, change, and death holds more humility and respect. Creative agency flows more robustly.

It is my pleasure to have my paws in this process, and to have created The artist’s boudoir as a dedicated space for ways of playing that have been squeezed out of so many other places. May the right co-dreamers find their way here, and may everything we cultivate be of benefit for the whole.

Testimonials

“After years of feeling battered by stress and trauma,  I was so very  fortunate to start working with Larissa.  They have taught me how to use the resources available to me to heal myself, and guide myself in a much more joyous, peaceful way of being.   This has allowed me a deeper inner sense of peace in my body,  and in all my relationships.  Through connecting to nature, movement , and beauty,  long forgotten parts of myself have also been renewed and validated.  Larissa is structured, and well prepared in their  approach, while at the same time so gentle, incredibly intuitive,  and flexible.   I am so grateful for having the opportunity to do this work with them.” —VK

“Larissa’s commitment to investigating how structures of white supremacy, capitalism, and patriarchy impact our bodies and society is the framework for healing that I was searching for and unable to find in traditional forms of counseling. I love working with Larissa and their practice because it’s an integrative exploration that allows one to access their true power and strength amidst a history of trauma rather than a band aid solution.  The use of sensory orientation, sound, movement, and imagery that Larissa integrates into session offers me an extensive variety of tools that I rely on daily. Larissa’s practice guides me in cultivating active presence where there was once hypervigilance, curiosity in place of fear, and a propensity for pleasure over shame.” -SA

“I honestly cannot describe best in words how much Larissa has helped me reclaim my independence, my confidence, and my assurance in myself.  Each of these connections have immensely improved my life. They have helped me learn how I can recognize when I need to use my tools and how to adjust my inner path to make that better choice.  They have even helped me find tools in which healing can be pleasurable.  I could not have asked the universe for a better guide.” - EA
