Bio

My name is Larissa (they/them) and I’m based in Chinook lands in so-called Portland Oregon. My people are from Northern India and Europe. I am a multidisciplinary Presence Artist, designing experiences to support people in waking up to their creative agency and the ancestral technologies of art-making that are in alignment with the wisdom of Nature. 

I’ve been facilitating for over 15 years, and I have a background in mental health counseling, community organizing, ritual, and art and theater. As a young person I spent a lot of time in arts spaces and activist spaces and was really stunned by how bad people were at navigating conflict and stress, so I got a masters in mental health counseling and at the same time I trained in holding ritual space and energy healing and channeling. 

And even with all that additional training I still encountered major rifts in communities with how people dealt with communication, perception, and conflict, which led to a lot of community collapse and burnout. Since then I have been combining all the best practices from all these different disciplines that I have found or created over the years and put them into my form of social design. 

Once I combined spirit led arts, theater, ritual, energetics, community organizing, and neurobiology or the science behind learning and trauma healing, there has been a big shift, in my own system and also in the spaces that I hold or am a part of. What once felt like a quick sand hot mess in group dynamics now feels like a steady, not always easy, but steady foundational repatterning where ppl actually start to be able to access personal agency, true creativity, and divine intimacy.  I am now several years into reverse engineering what has worked so well. 

Currently that reverse engineering and best practices are being applied under the ecosystem and art form called Mukta Reveal, which I gently ushered into the world in spring 2025.
